Aggrey & Clifford GROUND (“the Platform”) is a data-collection and management system used by staff and authorized agents of Aggrey Clifford Group. It has two parts covered by this policy: the GROUND web dashboard (this site — used by admins and project staff to manage projects, forms, submissions, and reporting) and the GROUND mobile app (used by field data collectors to capture leads, survey responses, and related field data, including offline).
The Platform is intended for use by employees and authorized representatives of Aggrey Clifford Group as part of their work. It is not directed at the general public or at children.

No ad SDKs, no tracking cookies. Neither the web dashboard nor the mobile app uses third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and we don't sell your data to anyone.
Use & storage
- Data you submit is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to Aggrey Clifford Group's own servers.
- Web dashboard: your sign-in token is kept in your browser's local or session storage, not in a cookie, and is scoped to this site only. Choosing “Remember session” keeps it until you sign out; otherwise it clears when the tab or browser closes. Sessions also expire automatically after inactivity or when an administrator revokes access.
- Mobile app: login credentials are stored on your device using platform-level encrypted storage (Android EncryptedSharedPreferences / iOS Keychain) so the app can keep you signed in and work offline.
- Form data and photos may be temporarily cached on your device so you can keep working without a connection; cached items are uploaded and may be cleared once successfully synced.
Data sharing
Information collected through the Platform is shared only with Aggrey Clifford Group for internal business and operational purposes. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Mobile app permissions
The web dashboard runs in your browser and requests no device permissions — these apply to the GROUND mobile app only.
On the web dashboard, we don't set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only browser storage we use is the sign-in/session data described in section 01.
Retention & deletion
We retain your account and submission data for as long as your account is active or as needed for Aggrey Clifford Group's business and record-keeping purposes. To request deletion of your account or personal data, contact us using the details below.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted network transport (HTTPS) and encrypted on-device credential storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable safeguards.
Children's privacy
The Platform is intended for use by adult employees and authorized representatives of Aggrey Clifford Group. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Policy changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
